Davis Catalyst Center Student Application Rubric

Thank you for your interest in the Davis Catalyst Center. Our enrollment is open to Davis School District high school students. Space is limited and entry to our programs is competitive. The rubric below shows how students are selected for admission to Catalyst programs. Apply NOW!

The Catalyst application is as simple as 1-2-3:

  1. Ensure you have completed any required prerequisites for your desired pathway
  2. Complete our simple online application.

Note:  At this time we are only accepting application from students who attend one of our Davis School District high schools, (Bountiful, Clearfield, Davis, Davis Connect, Farmington, Layton, Mountain, Northridge, Syracuse, Viewmont, and Woods Cross).  

3. Ask a teacher, counselor, or administrator for a recommendation. We will send them an online Educator Recommendation form that completes your application.

The attendance score is based on your attendance during the term prior to your application.
(Example: 1st term attendance data is used for applications submitted during the 2nd term)
