Wednesday is the last day to check our lost and found. Items left after Wednesday will be donated.

If you're looking to something to do over Fall Break, reflections is just around the corner! Last year we had 52 school entries and many of our students won awards at the region and state levels! Let's do it again this year and show the world how talented our coyotes are! Entries this year are due by October 21st.

Please help us support Layton Elementary by donating to the Halloween Costume Drive.

Kay's Creek hoodies and sweatshirts are now available for purchase in the Kay's Creek online store! If you didn't get the chance to order a t-shirt those can also be purchased there. https://kays-creek-elementary.spiritsale.com/

Kay's Creek Hope Squad's first activity! The beauty of chalk art lies in its impermanence—it’s there for a moment, brightening someone’s day, and then it washes away. Just like hope, it leaves an impact even when it’s gone. 😊

September 30th is the last day to purchase a Device Protection Plan.

Pizza With The Principal! Students have hard at work earning 200 Club tickets. A few lucky winners enjoyed pizza with Principal Bukey and our Counselor Mr. Green today. Keep it up Kay's Creek!

Don't forget about picture day Tuesday! Pre order online now.

Hey there, parents! As start this new school year, let’s make sure we’re all on the same page when it comes to those important school policies. 📚
Cell phones and smart watches must be kept in students' backpacks, powered down, and not used during school hours for communication. However, if a child needs to contact a parent, they are always able to use a school phone, with teacher permission. Students who require use of either one for a medical or 504 plan are an exception.
Birthdays are recognized at school by classroom teachers, Principal Bukey, and the PTA. We will not be allowing treats to be brought in from home for student birthdays. This is for the safety of the many students we have with special dietary needs. Thank you for your understanding.
Toys should not be brought to school unless a teacher gives permission for a specific purpose. Resin miniatures, such as the little ducks that are so popular, fit under this policy. They are becoming a disruption in class and some students have even begun selling them on the playground. If your child has a collection of these resin figures, please make sure they keep them at home. They are not allowed at school.
Parents sometimes bring a special lunch in for their child. We ask that the lunches are kept to single servings so that students are not sharing outside food with tablemates.
Let’s spread the word and let’s make this year epic! 🌟
